When a customer submits an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products.
We will normally send an email acknowledging receipt of the order.
The acknowledgement is not necessarily acceptance.
A binding contract is formed when we accept the order for fulfilment or dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order where:
- A product is unavailable.
- A delivery address is unsupported.
- Payment is declined.
- An obvious pricing or listing error occurred.
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity.
- A legal or regulatory restriction applies.

If payment has been collected for an order we cannot accept, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method without undue delay.

The United Kingdom VAT statement will be updated if our registration status or applicable tax treatment changes.
7. Import Charges
Where an order crosses an international border, any material customer-facing tax, import, or duty arrangement will be disclosed before purchase.
United Kingdom orders are arranged so that customers are not required to pay an undisclosed import VAT, customs duty, or carrier handling charge to receive the goods.
A customer should contact us before paying an unexpected charge that was not disclosed before purchase.
8. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include:
- Visa.

Promotional offers may include specific:
- Dates.
- Product restrictions.
- Market restrictions.
- Minimum order values.
- Usage limits.
- Combination restrictions.
Material conditions will be disclosed with the offer.
A promotion does not affect statutory consumer rights.
11. Delivery
Delivery arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery periods are not guaranteed dates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed.
Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to:
- The customer.
- A person identified by the customer.
- A safe place expressly authorised by the customer, where permitted.
Risk does not pass merely because a carrier records a delivery if the goods were not delivered to the customer or an authorised recipient or location.
Title to the goods passes when we have received full payment, subject to applicable law.
12. Delivery Address
The customer must provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
Customers should contact us promptly if a correction is required.
We will attempt to correct an address before dispatch but cannot guarantee that a change will be possible after fulfilment begins.
13. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch.
Requests submitted within 15 minutes of order placement have the best chance of being completed before fulfilment begins.
This is an operational period only.
It does not limit any statutory cancellation right available to a United Kingdom consumer.
If an order cannot be stopped before dispatch, the customer may use the applicable return procedure after delivery.
14. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Our voluntary 30-day return period begins on the date the order is delivered.
United Kingdom consumers may also have a statutory right to notify us of cancellation within 14 calendar days after delivery and return the goods within a further 14 calendar days.
Nothing in these Terms limits:
- United Kingdom statutory cancellation rights.
- United Kingdom rights concerning faulty goods.
- Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
- Applicable United States consumer rights.

Where a warranty is offered, the applicable information should identify:

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for:
- Maintenance.
- Security.
- Technical problems.
- Legal requirements.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
This section does not affect rights connected with an accepted order.
21. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of a mandatory statutory consumer right.
- Defective products where liability cannot be excluded.
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the paragraph above and to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that:
- Were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

- Result from unauthorised modification.
- Are business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the customer may use any external dispute or legal remedy available under applicable law.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
A consumer retains the benefit of mandatory protections provided by the law applicable to that consumer.
Nothing in this section removes a consumer’s right to bring proceedings in a court or forum that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to make it lawful where possible.
26. No Waiver
A delay or failure to enforce a right does not automatically waive that right.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes apply prospectively.
The Terms in effect when an order is accepted will continue to govern that order unless:
