This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through geergoods.shop.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
The 30-calendar-day return window begins on the date your order is delivered to the delivery address. You must submit your return request before this 30-day period expires. We offer free standard eligible returns for both our US and Australian customers. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Please note: For US orders, the original $3.99 shipping fee is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
The return conditions in this section apply to change-of-mind returns. They do not limit your right to seek a remedy for an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Australian Consumer Law Disclaimer: For our Australian customers, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must:
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, cables, manuals, and other supplied items.
- Have been handled or tested only to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect its appearance, contents, and basic functionality.
- Show no damage, excessive wear, alteration, or material signs of use.
- Be in a condition reasonably suitable for resale.
3. Future Return Restrictions
All physical products currently sold on geergoods.shop are eligible for change-of-mind returns, provided that they meet the return conditions above. If a future product has a specific return restriction, that restriction will be clearly disclosed on the relevant product page before purchase.
4. Free Returns & Return Addresses
We are pleased to offer free return shipping on all eligible items within the contiguous United States and Australia.
- For US Customers: We will provide a prepaid return label to our US returns address (Geer Goods Returns, 3106 S Hudson St, Seattle, WA 98118, United States).
- For Australian Customers: Please contact us directly. We will provide an international prepaid shipping label or direct you to our designated local return handling partner in Australia.

5. Order Cancellations and Changes
We process orders rapidly to ensure timely delivery. You may request to cancel your order without any penalty strictly within 15 minutes of placing it.
To request a cancellation within this 15-minute window, please contact us immediately at info@geergoods.shop or call our customer support. Once the 15-minute cancellation window has expired, the order is locked for processing and dispatch, and can no longer be modified or cancelled. Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
6. Refund Process
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue any approved refund to your original payment method (processed securely via Shopify Payments) within 2 business days of receiving the item. Please allow an additional 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described item, please contact us immediately at info@geergoods.shop. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
